Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in administrative or related fields. 5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Commercial Leader. Experience in technical sales, telesales, and face-to-face sales. Experience in personnel management and leadership of sales teams. Experience in prospecting, customer visits, and closing sales. Knowledge of commercial software or CRM (desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Internet. Willingness to travel. Valid driver’s license and highway driving experience. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. Conduct prospecting and customer visits, identifying business opportunities. Support negotiations and closing of sales, especially technical sales. Track commercial opportunities in CRM and generate sales reports. Analyze commercial results, using advanced Excel for tracking KPIs.
