Opportunity to work with specialized materials **Job Description** A mining-sector company is looking for a responsible and organized **Warehouse Clerk** to ensure accurate inventory control, proper material handling, and smooth warehouse operations. The purpose of this position is to **guarantee secure storage, effective control, and timely dispatch of materials**, ensuring orderliness, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries. **Responsibilities** * Receiving, inspecting, and storing materials. * Controlling and recording warehouse inbound and outbound movements. * Preparing orders and coordinating shipments. * Conducting physical inventories and reconciling discrepancies. * Organizing, arranging, and cleaning the warehouse. * Verifying material conditions (especially aggregates). * Assisting with loading and unloading as required. * Using basic computer tools for inventory control. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a warehouse clerk. * Knowledge of construction materials or aggregates (preferred). * Basic computer skills. * Immediate availability. * Residence near the worksite. **Key Competencies** * Organization and tidiness * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Proactivity **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $10,000\.00 MXN * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term employment contract * Staff transportation * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Job stability **Work Location** Puebla–Veracruz Highway (San José Zacatepec / San Salvador el Seco) **100% On-site Work** Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract Application Questions: * Do you have experience as a warehouse clerk? * What type of warehouse have you worked in? * Briefly describe your responsibilities in your most recent warehouse role. * Have you conducted physical inventories (cycle counts or full counts)? * Have you had direct responsibility for warehouse inbound and outbound movements? * What do you do when you identify inventory discrepancies? * Have you worked with construction materials or aggregates (sand, gravel, etc.)? * Do you have experience in material loading and unloading? * Have you used any inventory management system or tracking method (e.g., Excel or other software)? * This position is operational and involves physical labor.
