Job Summary: We are seeking a UI Web Developer with SEO awareness to collaborate on the development of complete, functional, and search-engine-ready websites—paying close attention to SEO structure and user experience. Key Highlights: 1. Indefinite and long-term professional collaboration 2. Remote and flexible, goal-oriented work 3. Full autonomy to manage your own time At **ipse**, we are looking for someone who wants to join our team as a **UI Web Developer with SEO Awareness**, collaborating **indefinitely and long-term** on full website development—primarily using **Wix Studio**. We work with clear, well-defined strategies and seek someone who enjoys building thoughtful, functional, and search-engine-ready websites—attentive both to SEO structure and user experience. **About the Collaboration** This position is offered under a **professional collaboration model**, structured as **service provision** (fees assimilated to salaries). This is not a traditional employment relationship, but rather an ongoing, goal- and results-oriented collaboration. Workload may be **30 or 40 hours per week**, **Monday through Friday**, with full autonomy to manage your own schedule. We do not operate on fixed hours or constant supervision; instead, we focus on **deliverables and clearly defined objectives**. A shared availability window exists for team coordination, without attendance tracking. Work is fully **remote**, with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings in Guadalajara when required by a project—and always by prior agreement. **What You’ll Do in This Role** You will develop websites end-to-end, implementing architectures defined by SEO + GEO strategies—and translating them into page structure, content hierarchy, URLs, and internal linking. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing **functional, clear, and conversion-oriented user interfaces**, understanding design as part of the site’s overall strategy—not merely a visual exercise. This role includes correct implementation of on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, H1–H3 hierarchy, indexing, canonical tags, and basic redirects), as well as local SEO criteria when required by strategy. You will coordinate closely with the strategic and content teams, following clear guidelines and taking ownership of your deliverables. **What We’re Looking For** We seek someone with proven experience developing websites in professional visual environments. **Wix Studio is our primary tool**, so experience with it is highly desirable; however, we also consider candidates with solid experience in similar platforms (e.g., Webflow or others), provided they demonstrate real adaptability. We especially value: * Technical and visual judgment. * Organization, autonomy, and accountability. * Ability to design while simultaneously implementing SEO structure. * Interest in design as a strategic function—not just aesthetics. **What We Offer** * Indefinite and long-term **professional collaboration**. * Compensation model based on **fees assimilated to salaries**. * Remote and flexible, goal-oriented work. * Clear expectations, scope definitions, and responsibilities from day one. * Periodic fee reviews based on performance and continuity. * Discretionary performance-based incentives. * The opportunity to collaborate with a small, professional, and strategic team. **Transparency Note** This posting corresponds to a professional service-provision collaboration—not an employment relationship under the Federal Labor Law. Payment is structured under the “fees assimilated to salaries” tax regime, per the Income Tax Law. Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Briefly tell us about your experience developing websites end-to-end. Specify which tools you’ve used (e.g., Wix Studio, Webflow, or others) and how you integrate UI design and SEO into your process. Experience: * Web development: 2 years (Required) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: Remote
