Generation of productivity and accuracy reports The warehouse analyst provides operational, documentary, and analytical support to the order picking process, ensuring compliance with time requirements, picking accuracy, movement traceability, error control, and proper documentation in the WMS or ERP system. Main Responsibilities: • Verify that picking staff comply with established safety, housekeeping, and protocol standards. • Validate correct task and picking route assignments in the system according to orders and product type. • Confirm proper capture and closure of picking orders in WMS/SAP. • Monitor order preparation time compliance per order, picker, and zone. • Support the Supervisor in tracking and following up on pending items, incomplete orders, or system blocks. • Record detected incidents: picking errors, shortages, overages, mislocated products, incorrect SKUs. • Coordinate with verifiers for audit-based order reviews and deviation analysis. • Generate daily reports on picker productivity, picking accuracy, and cycle times. • Support communication with Planning, Control Center, Shipping, or Systems teams for operational clarifications. • Prepare documentation for internal audits, quality reviews, or administrative requirements. • Document and retain operational records (picked orders, picking lists, error reports, photographs if applicable). • Verify that system-recorded data accurately reflects physical picking.
