




**CIOS GROUP**, a leading company in private security services with national presence, is seeking an **OPERATIONAL ZONE LEADER**. This position requires a combination of solid operational experience in private security and talent management capabilities. The ideal candidate must be able to efficiently balance both responsibilities, always prioritizing operational continuity and service quality. Recruitment is a complementary yet strategic function, as it enables greater autonomy in zone management and reduces response times to staffing needs. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise security operations within your zone. * Supervise the proper completion of logs and service reports. * Coordinate and lead security personnel teams. * Ensure coverage by coordinating shift changes, rotations, and absence coverage. * Manage and report personnel updates (absences, incidents, terminations). * Ensure compliance with security directives and protocols established by the company and the client. * Prepare supervision and incident reports. * Conduct supervision walkthroughs across the various services assigned to your zone. * Verify proper appearance, uniforms, and equipment of personnel. * Evaluate the field performance of operational staff. * Maintain direct contact with clients. * Identify training or reinforcement needs and monitor compliance with the zone’s training plan. * Recruit, select, hire, and terminate talent personnel. * Generate and maintain candidate files in accordance with applicable law. * Conduct basic operational onboarding for new hires. * Monitor new personnel during their probationary period. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Team leadership * Results orientation * Talent management * Customer service orientation * Conflict management * Negotiation skills * Decision-making ability **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: **Minimum:** Completed high school or equivalent; **Desirable:** Incomplete or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Criminology, Law, or related field * Age: between 30 and 48 years old * 3+ years supervising private security operations * Leadership and recruitment skills * Availability and mobility within the zone (assigned projects) * Class A driver’s license * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles * Flexible schedule availability * Willingness to travel up to 80% across different city zones and nationwide if required, plus capacity to conduct extensive site visits * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Problem-solving ability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software **WE OFFER:** * Competitive monthly salary between $13,000.00 and $15,000.00 Net (depending on experience) * Statutory benefits * Company vehicle assignment * Company-issued laptop * Company mobile phone * Work arrangement: 70% on-site, 30% remote Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Work location: Hybrid remote work in Ixtlán del Río, Nay.
