Professional appearance and strong communication skills * Prepare purchase requisitions and delivery notes * Issue and send invoices according to company procedures * Support vehicle fleet management * Manage loaned equipment records * Request quotations from suppliers * Maintain updated accounts receivable records * Conduct collections from customers * Driver’s license preferred; ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
