Sales and customer service: quotations, counter sales closing, follow-up with local accounts (builders, installers, government/PROJECT when applicable). * 2\. Inventory and warehouse: incoming/outgoing goods, cycle counts, organization, rotation (FIFO), shrinkage control and returns. * 3\. Replenishment and minor purchases: reorder suggestions based on minimum/maximum levels; receipt and quality verification (brands, NOMs, power, CCT, gauges, etc.). * 4\. Cash register and documents: cash audits, cashouts, deposits, CFDI invoicing and sales slips; customer credit control and basic collection (reminders). * 5\. Display and pricing: shelf merchandising, labeling, and updating price lists (wholesale/retail). * 6\. Local logistics: coordination of deliveries (courier, messenger), review of delivery notes and signatures. * 7\. Compliance and safety: opening/closing, logs, PPE usage, 5S organization and cleanliness. 8\. Weekly reporting: sales, margin, critical inventory, accounts receivable, and store expenses. **Experience** * **2–3 years in retail of electrical/lighting materials or technical hardware (counter and warehouse).** * **Systems: Point-of-sale systems and Office courier software.
