It operates in all states of the country, has more than 118,000 employees, and is one of the **top 10 employers in Mexico.** It consists of three business units: Tiendas Coppel, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel. **Position objective:** Provide memorable service to all customers requiring billing, after-sales services, and/or account payments, in a personalized, fast, and friendly manner, encouraging them to return to Tienda Coppel. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform operational tasks such as product payments, refunds, withdrawals, and general cash register closing from any area, among other duties assigned according to established procedures in the Store Manual, providing greater support to store operations. * Provide excellent service and attention to all customers through payment processing and product packaging, while offering after-sales services that encourage their return to Tienda Coppel. * Deliver after-sales service to customers according to processes described in the Store Manual to resolve needs and concerns, thereby increasing satisfaction. * Provide basic financial services (receiving payments, agreements, Bancoppel agency services, as well as referring customers to the New Customers module for credit applications) from Grupo Coppel, applying procedures and scripts outlined in the Store Manual to offer customers broader transaction coverage. * Receive customer payments according to procedures established in the Store Manual to provide a memorable service experience. * Assist with cleaning, organizing, and selling merchandise according to procedures in the Store Manual to deliver a memorable service. * Participate in activities that promote Coppel culture, as well as contribute to goal achievement and personal development. * Comply with appearance and customer interaction standards according to Customer Service Standards to deliver a memorable service. * Ensure proper handling of monetary resources according to processes established in the Store Manual to prevent discrepancies in partial withdrawals and cash register closing. * Review pending items and assist in the merchandise delivery process using procedures described in the Store Manual to provide good customer service. * Digitize customers who provide authorization by entering their email, phone number, and general information into the system, aiming to increase the digital customer base. * Ensure queues are dispersed when more than 3 customers form at checkout points, according to processes described in the Store Manual, to serve customers effectively. **Required profile:** * **High school diploma.** * Experience in cash handling.
