Position Summary: We are seeking a cash auditor to analyze operations, detect irregularities, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with cash management policies. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed recordkeeping of inspections and audits **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in accounting or administration * Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, or economics **EXPERIENCE** * 1 year of experience in this position. * Experience in the cash area * Relevant experience for this position, including cash handling, invoicing, check collections, wire transfers, and cash management. **KNOWLEDGE** · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Cash closing procedures · Cash counts (cash reconciliations) **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct thorough analysis of cash operations, including cash counting, document review, and account reconciliation. * Identify potential irregularities in cash transactions. * Detect errors or fraud; the cash auditor must recommend corrective measures and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Ensure effective implementation of internal policies and procedures related to cash management. * Collaborate closely with cash personnel, which is essential to the auditor’s success—this includes providing information and guidance on best practices and proper procedures. * Perform cash balancing at the start and end of each shift, verifying amount accuracy and reporting any discrepancies. * Maintain detailed records of inspections and audits. ·**WE OFFER** * Competitive salary. * Job stability. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Vacation days * Food allowance * Travel expense reimbursement * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $2,800\.00 per week Application question(s): * Do you have experience handling cash? * Do you have experience performing cash closings? * Do you have experience conducting cash counts (cash reconciliations)?
