




MAIN FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Technical functions and requirements: \- Perform proper analysis and organization in collection processes with sales representatives, and generate computer-based reports. \- Experience with Microsip system. (extra) \- Management and handling of portfolios. \- Issue credit notes. \- Identify overdue balances and false or incorrect data. \- Basic Excel skills (formula usage) and good keyboard proficiency. \- Perform mathematical calculations. \- Accounting experience. (extra) Required qualifications and soft skills: \- Be firm and capable of maintaining effective performance under pressure. \- Ability to self-organize. \- Optimal problem-solving according to the area. \- Be responsible and follow up on assigned tasks. \- Maintain respectful, professional, and honest relationships with various sales representatives, coworkers, and other departments. \- Attention to detail. \- Analyze and synthesize information. \- Accustomed to performing tasks for extended periods.
