




Job Summary: Supervises the hotel's nighttime operations, ensuring security, order, event supervision, and guest service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures hotel security and order during the night shift. 2. Supervises event operations and VIP guest service. 3. Coordinates with security and verifies staff coverage. **Job Description** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Take over from the evening shift, following up on pending items and being briefed on occupancy status. · Conduct a full walkthrough of the hotel to identify any anomalies. * Maintain direct communication with the security department, ensuring hotel security at all times. * Follow up on pending items from the current shift’s security team. * Verify that all areas are adequately staffed. * Ensure that events currently taking place are conducted as scheduled, on time and as agreed. * Verify floor occupancy and lighting—only occupied floors should be lit. * Supervise guest arrivals and departures. * Personally attend to VIP arrivals during the shift, if necessary. * Prepare the Night Management Log. * Supervise cleanliness and order in the hotel’s public areas, as well as preventive maintenance programs during the shift. * Verify that Room Service collects, processes, and delivers services during the shift. * After completing the night audit, verify that all point-of-sale and administrative systems are functioning properly. * Generate nightly reports for review and record-keeping. * Verify revenue from consumption centers in the established system.
