Experience required in: Data analysis, statistics, forecasting, media metrics, market research. Use and exploitation of intelligence tool data. Job Responsibilities: • Data collection and analysis: Identify trends; measure campaign reach, frequency, and effectiveness. • Strategic reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with findings and recommendations. • Vendor management: Verify vendor and media contract compliance and deliverables. • Internal collaboration: Work with campaign development operations teams to generate new proposals for campaign strategies. • Media monitoring: Track campaigns across radio, outdoor, and digital platforms. Responsibilities and Scope of the Role: • Proficiency in and knowledge of company tools. • Preparation of reports including metric projections, pre-buy analyses, monthly progress updates, and post-mortems. • Conducting strategic analysis to support reporting and campaign development. Specific Knowledge Requirements: • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite—specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—for departmental documentation. • Familiarity with TomMicro for audience control and media planning is preferred. • Knowledge of EGM and WiseSense system is preferred. • Business intelligence tool experience is desirable. • Ability to clearly present findings to support continuous campaign improvement.
