**REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Position:** **"Control Center Operator"** * **Company:** Construcciones Amozoc Perote S.A de C.V * **Education:** High School Diploma / Technical Degree. * **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position; experience in monitoring, reporting, incident follow-up, customer service (by phone or in person), and administrative tasks. * **Essential Knowledge \& Skills:** Microsoft Office and Customer Service. * **Work Location:** Cuapiaxtla * **Work Schedule:** On-site with shift rotation availability. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Monitoring highway operations through video surveillance cameras, providing attention and follow-up for all incidents occurring on the highway. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.** * Provide courteous service. * Immediately report emergencies occurring on the highway. * Follow up until the resolution of reported incidents. * Inform relevant departments according to the type of event. * Maintain an updated daily logbook at the control center. * Collect documentary evidence from internal and external sources for records. * Maintain confidentiality. * Report malfunctions in traffic, roadside assistance, and vehicle control systems. * Ensure compliance and follow-up with quality, road safety, occupational safety, and environmental policies and procedures. * Participate in internal and external audits related to quality, road safety, occupational health and safety, and the environment, and establish corrective actions (when applicable). Provide immediate follow-up to events on the highway. * Timely inform responsible personnel for roadside assistance, leaders, management, plaza administrators, and shift supervisors depending on the event. * Record incident information. * Carry out activities according to the procedures established by Construcciones Amozoc Perote S.A. de C.V. regarding quality, occupational safety, road safety, and environmental protection.
