




OBJECTIVE: Manage and organize corresponding tasks at the Self-Service Store through strict control of sales, shrinkage, inventory, expenses, and Human Resources to ensure branch profitability and proper operation. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES\* * Guarantee the operational standards of the branch. * Supervision and management of store personnel (between 50 and 60 people). * Execute activities aimed at achieving branch objectives. * Review and analyze reports. * Report equipment and property anomalies. * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Review in-store pricing. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as a manager in a leadership role in sales or self-service. Experience managing indicators (sales, shrinkage, percentages, product turnover, etc.) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of business administration, finance, and marketing. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. REQUIREMENTS Age 28 to 45 Completed or partially completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics Minimum of 3 years of experience in self-service, preferably FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO WORK ROTATING HOURS AND WEEKENDS KNOWLEDGE Intermediate Office skills Basic accounting (income and expense reporting), cash handling Control, auditing, FIFO (PEPS), definition of inventory maximums and minimums Customer service and attention, Merchandising
