




Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit Coordinator to lead a team, promote and recover credits, and work both in the field and in the office with customers. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you will be responsible for credit promotion and recovery, working closely with our clients and handling key documents required for credit processing. You will also lead a team, guiding your staff to achieve company goals. What do we offer? Upon joining Initial gross monthly salary: $9,279.00 (for the first 3 months). Transportation allowance: $1,373.00 per month for the first 3 months. Mobile phone with $200 airtime per month. After 3 months: Gross monthly salary: $10,660.00 Transportation allowance: $2,060.00 per month Grocery vouchers: $750 per month after 3 months. Additionally: Productivity bonus and incentive program based on goal achievement. Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. Year-end bonus, profit sharing, and double savings fund. Vacation days and additional rest days for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. Official holidays and CNBV-designated non-working days. Position Characteristics Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays according to productivity, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 80% fieldwork and 20% office work. Teamwork and direct contact with our clients. Responsibilities Promotion and canvassing to acquire new clients. Processing credit applications and analyzing information. Recovering granted credits. Home visits for client follow-up. Coaching and monitoring activities of your team. Team leadership: guide your team toward achieving results. What are we looking for in a candidate? Completed high school diploma (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience managing teams or personnel.
