Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit Advisor to promote financial products and improve the quality of life of clients in microfinance, with emphasis on prospecting and personalized follow-up. As a Credit Advisor, you will be the face of our company, promoting financial products designed to improve the quality of life of our clients. Are you ready to accept this challenge and build a better future? What do we offer? Income Gross monthly salary: $9,647.00 Transportation support: $1,373.00 per month for field activities. Grocery vouchers: $750 per month. Work tools Mobile phone with $200 monthly airtime. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays according to productivity: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Main Activities 80% fieldwork: Prospecting at strategic locations, direct contact with clients, and home visits; 20% office work: Application analysis and reporting Your Responsibilities Promote MásKapital’s financial products and acquire new clients Collect and analyze information for credit applications Recover granted loans Provide personalized follow-up to our clients to ensure their satisfaction What are we looking for in you? Education: Completed secondary school (mandatory). Experience: Not required—we provide training! Willingness to travel for 5 weeks for training (fully covered expenses: accommodation, transportation, and meals). What will make you stand out?
