We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive with an interest in digital marketing, social media, and sales to help us generate content, manage leads, and support the communication of our brands: City Publicidad, Solarus, and MN Graphics. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow professionally, learn from real campaigns, and have direct contact with potential customers. *Responsibilities:* * Support content creation for social media (posts, copywriting, creative ideas), monthly content calendar planning (social media), and downloading and managing leads from forms, digital campaigns, and social networks. * Initial lead screening and first contact (WhatsApp, email, or phone calls). * Basic prospect follow-up and routing to the appropriate department. * Support for digital marketing and sales strategies. * Collaboration with the team on campaigns and promotions. *Requirements:* * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. * Basic knowledge of: digital marketing and social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), sales or customer service, strong writing and spelling skills. * Task organization and follow-up. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Preferred (not mandatory): basic proficiency with tools such as Meta Business, Canva, Google Sheets, or CRM. *We offer:* * Competitive junior-level salary. * Ongoing training in marketing and sales. * Professional growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity to work with real brands and projects.
