In this position, you will be responsible for attracting customers and promoting the benefits of our products through prospecting at strategic locations within your work area. You will be the face of MásKapital to our clients, representing a solid, cheerful, and dynamic company. What do we offer? At start * Gross monthly salary: $9,647.00 * Transportation allowance: $1,373.00 monthly for your field activities. * Total net monthly (including transportation allowance): $9,850.00 in weekly payments of $2,298.00. * Cell phone with $200 monthly airtime. * Grocery vouchers: $750 monthly. Additionally: * Productivity bonus and incentive scheme based on branch goal achievement. * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Christmas bonus, profit sharing, double-matching savings fund. * Vacation days and additional leave for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. * Official holidays and CNBV holidays. Job characteristics * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays according to productivity from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 80% field work and 20% office work. * Direct client contact to promote and advise on financial products. Responsibilities * Promotion and canvassing for acquiring new clients. * Processing credit applications and analyzing information. * Collection of granted credits. * Home visits for client follow-up. What are we looking for in a candidate? * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * No prior experience required. * Availability to travel for 4 weeks for training (all expenses fully covered).
