This position combines technical creativity with operational order and control; therefore, we seek someone who enjoys both pattern making and process management and tracking. Responsibilities * Development and modification of patterns. * Sample cutting and monitoring of sample production. * Organization and control of fabric swatch libraries. * Management and updating of technical files per style. * Completion of costing forms and administrative controls (including internal forms). * Monitoring of fabric and trim suppliers. * Coordination to obtain fabric sample cuts. * Strategic procurement of supplies and materials in the city center area. * Support in garment fitting tests and adjustments. * Monitoring of sample delivery timelines. * Support in material inventory control. * Technical documentation (technical sheets, specifications, measurements, etc.). * Coordination with contractors and workshops as needed. Candidate Profile * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a pattern maker. * Knowledge of sample development. * Administrative experience in the fashion industry (costing, forms, technical files, checklists). * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Attention to detail. * Problem-solving ability. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Prior experience with commercial fashion brands is desirable.
