---We are looking for an INTERIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT (DESIGN OF INTEGRAL KITCHENS, CLOSETS, DRESSING ROOMS) --- ---- EXPERIENCE IN INTEGRAL KITCHENS. --- Dynamic, articulate, and capable of strategic thinking. --- REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design - Minimum 3 years of experience - Strong communication skills - Problem-solving ability - Ability to work under pressure - Client interaction skills - Proficiency in design software * AutoCAD * SketchUp * V-Ray - Office suite proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implement strategies to ensure timely and efficient project completion. * Accurately and efficiently prepare module layouts, space distributions, and quotations (doors, countertops, hardware, appliances, and accessories). * Weekly schedule planning * Customized and innovative design of integral kitchens, closets, and dressing rooms. * Develop 3D models, generate renders, and create technical drawings. * Preparation of floor plans and elevations. * On-site measurement taking.
