**Raw Material Quality Analyst** Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, etc. **Functions:** * Inspect, interpret, and evaluate incoming materials upon receipt against specifications to ensure their quality and safety. * Communicate evaluation results to relevant departments to follow up on the transformation chain. * Release materials in the SAP system that meet San Marcos requirements for unrestricted use. * Audit transportation and storage conditions according to specifications to ensure quality upon entry and during storage of materials. * Address and support the production area regarding operational issues attributable to packaging material quality. * Manage follow-up actions for non-conforming materials identified during receipt or processing to prevent unintended use, ensuring product quality and continuity of production processes. **We offer:** * Gross salary of $12,000 * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Growth opportunities.
