We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing of textile garments. We are looking for a **Textile Production Manager** with proven experience in the comprehensive coordination of production processes. The current line includes **T-shirts** and **Sweatshirts**, with **an upcoming expansion into pants production.** **Main responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise stages of the textile production process. * Ensure compliance with quality, delivery time, and productivity standards. * Coordinate design, cutting, sewing, dyeing, printing, laundry, and embroidery teams. * Propose improvements in manufacturing processes to optimize resources and efficiency. * Supervise maintenance and proper use of machinery and equipment. * Report production progress, incidents, and results to management. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **3 to 5 years of proven experience.** * Textile Engineering degree desirable. * Solid knowledge in personnel management, quality control, and textile production processes. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work towards objectives and meet production targets. **We offer:** One-month probation period; upon completion, performance will be evaluated for permanent contract assignment.
