Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and networks, handle tickets, and repair devices. Key Highlights: 1. SALARY: $12,000 monthly, all-inclusive WORK LOCATION: AUDI Plant \*\*MUST RESIDE NEAR SAN JOSÉ CHIAPA OR SURROUNDING AREAS\*\* * Experience in support and maintenance * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Rotating shifts Main Job Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tier-1 equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tier-2 equipment. * Ticket handling via ERP system. * Third-level electronic repairs of SHC devices (printers, scanners, MDAs, SmartPlug, push-button panels). * Reporting of patching and restarts. * Validation of repair completions. * Verification and maintenance of networks (switches, routers, and wireless).
