Active participation in the production process **2P Capital Humano is seeking an Offset Prepress Designer in Jocotán – Zapopan, Jalisco** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Offset Prepress Designer** Our company seeks to integrate an **Offset Prepress Designer** with experience in **offset processes and CTP plate generation**, ensuring correct technical preparation of files for printing. If you have direct hands-on experience working with production and master the full technical workflow—from file preparation through first press run—this position may be right for you. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field** * Technical diploma in **Prepress or Graphic Arts** (valid with relevant experience) * **3–5 years of experience in offset prepress** * Mandatory proficiency with **MAC platform** * Proficiency in: + Adobe Illustrator + Adobe Photoshop + InDesign (preferred) ### **Experience in:** * File preparation for **CTP** * **RIP processing** and plate output * **CMYK color separation** * Imposition and material optimization * Technical adjustments for offset printing * Participation in **first production runs** Preferred: * Knowledge of **packaging engineering or die-cut preparation** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of files ready for offset printing * Color adjustments and technical validation of designs * Generation of **CMYK plates via CTP** * Registration review and quality control * Optimization of sheet utilization * Technical support for quotations * Participation in production startup ### **We Offer** Monthly salary: **$15,000 to $20,000 MXN (net)** Statutory benefits On-site work in Jocotán, Zapopan, Jalisco ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Apply if you have experience in **offset prepress and CTP plate generation**. **Desired education level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Art / Design / Creative **Industry:** Printing / Printing Services **Skills:** * Order and discipline * Technical autonomy * Offset prepress. *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69a9d86f510000250003f956&source=indeed
