We are seeking** **3 NPI Engineers** **Profile** Leadership of the local team, assigning and tracking activities to meet all project objectives on time. * Responsibility for assembly validations of accessories from a manufacturing perspective, reporting results and proposing design improvements * Responsibility for process flow, development/validation of PFMEAs and work instructions with a cross-functional team implementing robust corrective actions to reduce high APs and ensure product quality for the end user. * Leadership in building and executing pilot projects, training operators and engineers on assembly processes, documentation such as work instructions, visual aids, and use of necessary tools for the process, ensuring all materials and templates are in place and ready for use so the project launch is successful **Requirements** 3+ years of experience Completed Bachelor’s degree Advanced English Experience in automotive industry **We Offer** Direct employment with the company Attractive salary commensurate with experience Benefits exceeding legal requirements FH, Food vouchers, and other additional benefits Interested candidates please apply through this channel to be considered Good luck!
