Continuous training **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** A company dedicated to manufacturing prefabricated construction components is seeking a **Logistics Assistant** with an operational and control-oriented focus, ensuring proper inventory management, material receipts and shipments, as well as monitoring the shipping schedule and internal logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Control and record of warehouse receipts and shipments * Management of raw material and finished product inventories * Preparation of cyclic inventories and physical counts * Monitoring and preparation of the shipping schedule * Supervision of material loading and product packaging * Validation of supplier documentation * Preparation of departmental reports and metrics * Supplier coordination and liaison with internal departments **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory control * Knowledge of inventory control, logistics and performance metrics * Basic computer skills * Prior experience in the construction industry is desirable **Key Competencies** * Organization and control * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Teamwork * Attention to detail **We Offer** * Job stability * Professional growth and development * Continuous training * Salary of $12,000.00 plus statutory benefits **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays – half-day | Hybrid schedule (adjustable according to operational needs). **Work Location:** Teoloyucan Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
