Leadership, supervision, and control of subcontractors A construction company, expanding its operations, is seeking an experienced Construction Resident to execute public, private, or other types of construction projects. **Experience:** \-Project formulation and construction planning. \-Knowledge of current regulations applicable to reinforced concrete, structural steel, and welding. \-Assembly of prefabricated concrete and steel structures. \-Civil construction processes (excavation, foundation, confined masonry walls, prefabricated elements, unidirectional/bidirectional slabs). \-Quality control in the use, handling, and placement of large-scale ready-mix concrete in structural elements. \-Mass housing construction. \-Coordination to carry out activities simultaneously (large-scale construction execution, authorized modifications as needed without affecting scheduled deadlines in the construction program). \-Resource optimization. \-Leadership, supervision, and control of subcontractors. \-Evaluation of construction budgets. \-Quantity surveying. \-Reading of construction drawings and supervision during their execution. Physical and financial progress reports. **Requirements:** \-University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. \-Minimum age of 28 years. \-Minimum verifiable experience of 6 years in executing public or private building construction projects (civil works and structural works). \-Proactive attitude and leadership skills. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \-AutoCAD drafting skills.
