General Purpose of the Position To support administrative, control, and operational record-keeping activities at live pig sales outlets, ensuring accurate handling of documents, inventories, sales, and cash flow, thereby contributing to operational order and efficiency, as well as supporting operational functions. 3. Main Functions and Responsibilities Preparation and management of payroll for 5 sales outlets. Recording and tracking of operational and transfer losses. Collection and data entry of weekly commercial performance indicators. Customer registration and mapping along delivery routes to optimize timing and scheduling. Generation of waybills and movement permits. 4. Position Requirements Academic Qualifications: Completed high school diploma (preferably with technical studies in administration, accounting, or related fields). Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative, cashier, or inventory recording roles. Desirable experience in sales outlets, slaughterhouses, or agribusiness environments. Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). Document and inventory control. Fundamental knowledge of accounting records and cash flow management.
