Inspection and calibration of measuring instruments A private hospital located in Pedregal is hiring staff. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To detect, report, and rectify faults in buildings and mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment through the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the hospital unit. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumping, air extraction and injection, air conditioning, water heating, water filtration, and potabilization systems. Monitor and record electrical and operational parameters (voltage, amperage, pressure, and temperature) to ensure proper equipment operation. Perform lubrication tasks, replace bearings, ball bearings, mechanical seals, belts, electric motors, and moving components. Inspect, calibrate, and replace measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, and flow sensors. Perform cleaning, adjustment, and calibration of burners, including flame regulation and carburation in heating systems. Inspect, operate, and commission control and isolation valves, ensuring proper distribution and control of systems. Take operational readings, conduct visual inspections, and verify the operation of pumping equipment, air conditioning systems, and water heating systems.
