




Comprehensively manage personnel search, attraction, selection, and hiring processes, ensuring the onboarding of qualified talent that meets the requirements of various organizational departments. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Strategy:** * Design and implement recruitment and talent attraction strategies. * Collaborate with managers to define job profiles, hiring needs, and objectives for open positions. * **Attraction and Posting:** * Develop attractive job descriptions. * Post vacancies on digital platforms, social media (LinkedIn), and other channels. * **Selection and Evaluation:** * Review and screen resumes and applications. * Conduct interviews (telephone, in-person, competency-based). * Administer psychometric tests and conduct socioeconomic assessments. * Verify references and employment backgrounds. * **Coordination and Closure:** * Coordinate interviews between candidates and requesting departments. * Manage documentation required for hiring and new employee personnel files. * Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
