We are looking for someone with strong skills in administration, cost analysis, and auditing. The Inventory Control Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the hotel’s inventories, ensuring the availability of products and services necessary to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. You will analyze costs and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory audits and managing files related to inventory control. Requirements: \- Proven experience in administration and inventory management for food & beverage and hospitality sectors. \- Analytical skills for cost and process analysis. \- Ability to adapt to change and accept errors and failures as part of the continuous improvement process. \- Excellent organizational and file management skills. \- Prior experience in inventory auditing is a plus. This position is on-site and requires full-time commitment and dedication to our hotel’s high service standards, as well as full availability for frequent travel. WE OFFER Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Salary: $14,000 per month Statutory Benefits We are located next to the Pantalón de Santa Fe.
