




VINOPREMIER: A company specializing in the marketing and distribution of wines, spirits, and gourmet products is seeking to incorporate a **Head Chef** into its team of hospitality professionals for its Wine Bar in Condesa. Candidate requirements: * Education in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as Head Chef and 5 years as Cook. * Experience managing kitchen teams. * Proactive and self-motivated individual. * Teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * High standards of hygiene. Job responsibilities: * Preparation of all dishes, portions, and tapas offered on the menu. * Development of recipes and suggestions for menu items. * Supervision and record-keeping of all processed food items supplied daily. * Supervision of work performed by other kitchen team members. * Supervision and execution of daily cleaning and organization of the kitchen by each team member before and after each service, ensuring a hygienic environment at all times. * Maintenance of cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, while ensuring their proper functioning. * Preparation of food and kitchen product waste reports. * Placing orders for food required to prepare menu items. * Monitoring food inventory rotation to ensure availability of fresh products at all times. * Management of staff schedules, punctuality, attendance, etc. The selected candidate will join a work team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and aligned with the company’s financial and operational objectives.
