Develop, produce, and update architectural and/or engineering drawings and models using 2D and 3D design tools, ensuring compliance with the company’s technical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. **Functions and responsibilities** * Produce technical drawings in **2D** using **AutoCAD**. * Develop 3D models using **Revit, SketchUp and/or Archicad**. * Generate views, sections, elevations, and construction details. * Support the updating and correction of drawings according to project changes. * Prepare presentation models and renders using **V-Ray and/or Lumion** (desirable). * Interpret technical specifications, sketches, and project department requirements. * Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files and drawing versions. * Support the team in the timely delivery of graphic documentation. **Job requirements** * Education: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, or related field. * Experience: 1–3 years producing drawings and 3D modeling (desirable). * Technical knowledge: * **AutoCAD (2D)** * **Revit, SketchUp, and Archicad (3D)** * **V-Ray and/or Lumion** (desirable) **Skills and competencies** * Attention to detail * Information organization and management * Ability to analyze and interpret drawings * Teamwork * Adherence to delivery deadlines **Working conditions** * Office-based work * Working hours in accordance with company policies Employment type: Full-time, probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at $9,500.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
