Job Summary: Supervision, operation, and planning of first-level and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, systems, and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of equipment and facility maintenance. 2. Implementation of standards and management systems. 3. Problem analysis and proposal of continuous improvements. We are seeking Supervisors to join our team. Job Objective: Supervision, operation, and planning of first-level and corrective maintenance activities for general service equipment, systems, and infrastructure facilities. Responsibilities: Prepare daily operational reports. Prepare necessary forms for operational execution. Supervise and review work orders assigned to subordinates. Conduct facility walkthroughs. Organize and verify implementation of the 5S methodology in operational areas. Implement applicable standards in the area, including NOMs, NMXs, STPS regulations, etc. Evaluate the job performance of subordinates. Monitor ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 50001, and TISAX management systems to ensure objective achievement. Analyze problems and apply detection tools such as 8D, Turtle Diagrams, FMEA, etc. Propose process improvement and optimization ideas. Operate according to established standards, incorporating good operational practices with emphasis on Safety, Order & Cleanliness, and Quality. Requirements: -Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering degree. -2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of building general equipment and facilities. -Weekly shift rotation availability (mandatory). -Practical knowledge of electromechanical equipment (essential). -Knowledge of STPS regulations. -Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite, SAP, and AutoCAD.
