Main Responsibilities * **HR Management** * **Translation and Interpretation** * **Labor Relations** * **Administration** Technical Requirements * **Languages:** Advanced proficiency in **Mandarin Chinese and Spanish** (ability to conduct business conversations and translate technical HR concepts). * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in Human Resources departments in Mexico. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field. Desired Competencies * Excellent intercultural communication skills. * Ability to self-manage and maintain discretion regarding sensitive information. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * **Nationality:** Open to Chinese citizens with work permits in Mexico or Mexican nationals with advanced Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
