Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM; some days from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (The candidate arranges their own schedule) Minimum 2 years of experience in this position, preferably within manufacturing companies. Completed Bachelor’s degree. - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). - STPS and PC regulations. - ISO standards (desirable). **Technical Competencies** Organized. Methodical. Efficient. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain up-to-date job descriptions aligned with organizational needs and the current organizational chart to ensure proper personnel selection and recruitment. 2. Keep staffing plans current for posting unfilled vacancies. 3. Provide appropriate follow-up for new hires to ensure satisfactory integration into the organization, offering relevant tools and training. 4. Verify compliance with internal policies to clarify personnel on organizational management practices. 5. Supervise and manage accurate payroll processing, conducting periodic reviews of the external provider to meet organizational requirements. 6. Timely process employee registrations for IMSS enrollment. 7. Maintain up-to-date documentation for employee terminations to conclude employment relationships. 8.
