Assistance with personnel procedures and documentation 2. Participation in onboarding and training processes 3. File management and employee support **Human Resources Intern** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Relations. Required Knowledge: - Processing Tax Status Certificates for employees - Using the SIRCE platform - Compiling personnel files - Onboarding and training - Distribution of uniforms, payroll receipts - Receiving resignation letters and other employee-related documents and procedures Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term position Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
