A prominent company in the industry seeks: *** Human Resources Account Executive *** General Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or completed Psychology degree Experience: 1 year in a similar position Responsibilities: · Generate turnover reports and operational indicators for continuous improvement. · Address and resolve requests from internal and external customers with a focus on service quality. · Monitor assigned staff roster, responding to client requirements. · Ensure vacancy coverage in accordance with recruitment and selection procedures. · Execute hiring processes and prepare employment contracts per established guidelines. · Timely and documented administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel incidents. · Execute labor separation processes in compliance with procedures and legal requirements. · Conduct organizational orientation for new hires.
