Manages the staffing roster and addresses requirements from internal and external clients. 2. Ensures vacancy coverage and manages the employee lifecycle. 3. Implements organizational onboarding and offboarding processes. A leading company in this industry seeks: *** Account Executive *** General Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or completed Psychology degree Experience: 1 year in a similar position Responsibilities: · Generate turnover reports and operational metrics for continuous improvement. · Address and resolve requests from internal and external clients with a service-quality focus. · Monitor the assigned staffing roster and fulfill client requirements. · Ensure vacancy coverage in accordance with recruitment and selection procedures. · Execute hiring processes and prepare employment contracts per established guidelines. · Timely and documented administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel incidents. · Execute offboarding processes in compliance with procedures and legal requirements. · Conduct organizational onboarding for new hires.
