Focus on service to employees and the organization **HR Analyst – CEDIS Guadalajara and Morelia** **Location:** Guadalajara **(San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Alamo Industrial neighborhood)** and Morelia (hybrid on-site work alternating between both CEDIS, based at the Guadalajara CEDIS) **Salary:** $18,000 to $20,000 net monthly **Company Type:** We are a Mexican food distribution company with nationwide operations, specializing in refrigerated, frozen, and grocery products. We operate through a multi-channel network including company-owned stores, wholesale, and HORECA channels. We seek an HR Analyst to provide generalist support at our distribution centers located in **Guadalajara (San Pedro Tlaquepaque) and Morelia**, where approximately **30 to 40 employees currently operate in total**. **Job Objective:** To deliver comprehensive HR management support across both distribution centers (Guadalajara and Morelia), ensuring accurate execution of administrative, operational, and personnel service processes. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee records, coordinating key employee lifecycle processes, and serving as the liaison between operations and the corporate Human Capital team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support **recruitment and selection** of operational and administrative staff for both CEDIS. * Coordinate and execute **onboarding, employment registrations, and contract signings** for new hires. * Manage **physical and digital personnel files**, ensuring timely updates and secure storage per internal policies. * Record, review, and track attendance **incidents** (absences, tardiness, vacations, medical leaves) and submit them for pre\-payroll processing. * Collaborate with the central HR team on **payroll preparation** and resolution of employee inquiries regarding payments or payroll transactions. * Process **terminations, severance settlements, and final settlements**, in compliance with current labor legislation. * Participate in **internal regulation implementation**, disciplinary case handling, and workplace climate management. * Provide personalized administrative support to employees regarding benefits, certificates, and internal procedures. * Coordinate **wellness initiatives, internal communication, and organizational culture activities**, tailored to the operational context of the CEDIS. * Follow up on **safety, health, and hygiene matters**, jointly with operations managers. * Prepare staffing, turnover, incident, and basic HR metrics reports. * Conduct periodic visits to both CEDIS to ensure proximity, follow-up, and effective process execution. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably within operational environments such as distribution centers, manufacturing plants, or logistics operations. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, attendance incidents, labor relations, and personnel administration. * Intermediate Excel skills (lists, filters, incident tracking, reporting). * Ability to manage multiple locations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (operational and administrative staff). * Employee-centric service orientation, high level of organization and follow-up capability. * Willingness to travel between Guadalajara and Morelia (travel expenses covered or rotational schedule, as determined by the company). * Prior experience with HR systems and payroll platforms (e.g., NOI, SAP) is desirable.
