




Position Summary: The Chef de Partie manages resources, supervises and directs food preparation, ensuring quality and compliance with restaurant standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing human and material resources in the kitchen. 2. Leads food preparation and ensures food quality and presentation. 3. Supervises and trains staff while maintaining hygiene standards. Hotel Hyatt is seeking a **Chef de Partie** to join our team in a full-time, on-site position. Objective: Responsible for food service during their shift and within their work group through proper management of the Food & Beverage Center’s resources. Responsibilities: 1. Supervises and directs food preparation in the restaurant area. 2. Responsible for the quality, presentation, and preservation of foods prepared by the restaurant’s kitchen under their supervision. 3. Manages human and material resources within their area. 4. Responsible for cleanliness and optimal operation of equipment in their area. 5. Ensures compliance with Distintivo H standards. 6. Determines staff schedules for their area. 7. Makes decisions regarding food served at the restaurant under their supervision in the absence of the Executive Chef. 8. Supervises and trains staff within their area. Requirements: * Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, including techniques, preparation methods, product knowledge, and quality control. * Knowledge of food preservation and refrigeration. * Familiarity with Distintivo H. * Experience in this position: minimum 2 years. * Experience in the field: minimum 6 years.
