Calculation of severance payments and tracking of ST-7 form **Job Description:** A company is seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in administrative processes and support to the Human Resources department, with knowledge of STPS regulations and handling of labor procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Support in general administrative activities. * Document handling and control. * Knowledge of **STPS** guidelines. * **Calculation of severance payments** and support in employee termination processes. * **Completion and tracking of ST\-7 form**. * Integration and updating of employee files. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
