




Job Summary: This advanced student role supports the coordination and execution of onboarding and training programs, maintaining records and managing logistics for training sessions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the coordination and execution of onboarding and training programs. 2. Manage training records and logistics for training sessions. 3. Collaborate in the development and monitoring of training indicators. **Requirements:** * Final-semester student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, or related field * Valid faculty insurance * No restrictions on commuting to the plant * Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Schedule, coordinate, and conduct onboarding sessions for operational and trusted personnel * Assist in planning and scheduling technical, regulatory, and institutional training courses * Record operational personnel’s training courses and evidence in established systems * Prepare, maintain, and safeguard attendance lists and onboarding documentation * Post, update, and maintain training matrices by department, project, and category * Update individual employee training histories * Send invitations and coordinate logistics for training sessions * Generate and update induction and training indicators (KPIs) * Track training status (scheduled, pending, expired, rescheduled) * Directly assist training technicians in completing forms and records * Monitor training requirements arising from department transfers and ILUO **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of $7,000 * Uniform Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
