Leadership and operational team development TRANSPORTES DE GAS RODHER (refined product transportation business) we are seeking a TRAFFIC MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Planning of cargo transportation routes, aiming to optimize delivery times * Coordinating vehicles and operators for equitable load distribution and efficient execution of operations * Supervising loading and unloading, ensuring cargo integrity * Maintaining effective communication with operators to resolve incidents in real time * Ensuring proper use of the vehicle fleet for effective utilization, thereby controlling operational costs while maintaining performance standards * Use of technologies for real-time operational monitoring * Identifying areas for improvement * Developing contingency plans to address situations, disruptions, or unexpected events on routes * Analyzing data to evaluate route performance, identify issues, and propose improvements regarding operational efficiency * Providing training to operational staff to keep them updated on procedures and best practices * Optimizing financial resources related to traffic operations * Collaborating with departments to ensure achievement of objectives REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics (with supervisory roles) * Knowledge of Mexico’s cargo transportation industry sector, including regulations, key routes, and related market dynamics * Ability to coordinate and plan while optimizing costs without compromising operational efficiency or standards * Assertive communication with all personnel under supervision and related parties * Proficiency in technologies (logistics and tracking software), fleet management systems, and traffic systems * Analytical capability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Leadership profile (experience leading and motivating teams to achieve established results) * Results-oriented * Professional ethics * 30 years of age or older * Gender-neutral * Willingness to travel occasionally \-Salary negotiable based on experience and capabilities \-Company-provided mobile phone and laptop If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply through this channel or send your CV to 5567921790 e-mail: elizabeth.guerrero@gasrodher.com Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $11,343\.66 \- $24,084\.22 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
