Cybersecurity management and support for Microsoft Office tools **Role Objective** This role’s primary purpose is to deliver on-site technical support at the office, ensuring operational continuity and efficient resolution of incidents related to everyday technological tools. This person will serve as the first point of contact for assisting the team with IT-related matters, delivering quick and effective solutions to common issues and daily inquiries. Key responsibilities include: * **Support for Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)**, addressing questions, assisting with specific functions, or troubleshooting errors. * **Management and verification of cybersecurity protocols**, including updates, antivirus configurations, and support for best practices to protect company information. * **Assistance in creating and delivering materials**, helping improve the visual and technical quality of corporate presentations. * **Support for connecting peripheral devices**, such as projectors or external displays via HDMI, printers, scanners, among others. * **VPN connection configuration and troubleshooting**, enabling employees to securely access internal systems from remote locations. * **Addressing other common technical issues**, ensuring the digital work environment remains smooth, functional, and secure.
