We value innovation and commitment to excellence in customer service, providing a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.** **Main Functions / Responsibilities** \- User support and assistance \- Installation and configuration of equipment and devices \- Preventive and corrective maintenance (technological equipment) \- Ticket tracking \- Development, monitoring, and coordination of plans \- Documentation and tracking of incidents \- Ensuring continuous operation (infrastructure) **Required Experience** \- Hardware, printer, and scanner technical support (\+ 3 years) \- Equipment, CCTV, access control, and network installation and configuration (2 years) \- Networks (VLAN, DHCP, WiFi), structured cabling (3 years) \- Working at heights (2 years) \- Preparation of work plans/reports \- Hardware and software (computer system assembly) \- Tool handling. **Technical Knowledge** \- Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and computer components \- Networks and Communication Protocols: Knowledge of network design and administration, including protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs. \- Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. \- Storage and Backup: Understanding of storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and data backup and recovery technologies. \- IT Security: Knowledge of security practices and tools to protect networks and systems, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption. \- Computer system assembly \- Network troubleshooting **We Offer:** Base salary of $15,000 gross \+ statutory benefits; working hours Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday mornings.
