Key Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. · Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, or Technical certification. · Adaptability and ability to resolve conflicts. · Data analysis. · Customer service. THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE · Operating Systems. · Networks, including protocols, devices, and configurations. · Databases, including design, implementation, and administration. · Cybersecurity, including policies, procedures, and technologies. · Knowledge of hardware and software, including components and configurations. PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE · Installation and configuration of operating systems. · Network administration. · Database management. · Cybersecurity. · Troubleshooting. · Hardware and software configuration. · Performance monitoring and analysis. · Creation and assignment of email accounts, users, and passwords. · Equipment inventory control. · Internal server management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide technical assistance to users and employees in resolving computer and technological issues. · Administer and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks. · Ensure cybersecurity for all computing equipment and networks. · Assign computing equipment as well as email accounts, users, passwords, and email signatures to new users. · Coordinate with external vendors to provide user support, resolve issues, procure equipment, and perform server backups. · Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment. · Train users and employees on system and technology usage when they have questions about execution.
