The technician will work directly with customer teams to ensure equipment operates optimally, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. This customer-facing role demands strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues on-site. Extensive travel—up to 75% of the time—to various customer locations is expected, providing rapid and effective service. Success in this role depends on the ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly with customers, and quickly adapt to changing conditions and equipment configurations.
