Our commitment is to deliver the best solutions and meet our clients’ expectations—and today, we’re looking for your talent as: **PROJECT MANAGER** **Job Description** We seek a Project Manager with experience managing telecommunications projects, specializing in Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center (CC) solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing implementation, migration, and technological enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** · Lead UC and Contact Center solution implementation projects (Avaya, Cisco, NICE, among others). · Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure correct execution of all project phases. · Develop and monitor project plans: scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and deliverables. · Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders. · Ensure documentation for each project stage (plans, meeting minutes, progress reports). · Administer scope changes and prioritize activities based on business impact. · Oversee functional testing (UAT, pilots, load testing). · Ensure knowledge transfer and formal project closure. **Requirements:** · Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. · Minimum experience: 5 years in telecommunications or IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on UC or Contact Center. · Intermediate–advanced English (ability to lead meetings and document in English). **Technical Knowledge:** · Unified Communications (Avaya Aura, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, etc.). · Contact Center (Avaya, NICE, Five9, etc.). · Voice and data protocols: SIP, RTP, SBCs, LAN/WAN networks. · Familiarity with ITIL and communications security. **Desirable Certifications:** · PMP® / PRINCE2®. · ITIL Foundation. · UC/CC vendor certifications (e.g., Avaya ACP, Cisco CCNP Collaboration, Genesys Cloud CX). **We Offer:** · Competitive salary commensurate with experience. · Statutory benefits. · Training and certifications in UC and CC technologies. · Opportunity for growth in regional and international projects. · Hybrid work model (remote work + client visits).
