Interaction with physicians and clinical staff **Position Objective:** Coordinate and manage the scheduling of surgeries and procedures in Operating Rooms, Obstetrics and Gynecology Surgery, Endoscopy, and Hemodynamics, ensuring accurate documentation, operating room availability, and communication of clinical and administrative requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule surgeries and procedures requested by physicians. * Verify operating room availability and enter information into the hospital system. * Maintain an up-to-date surgical schedule. * Coordinate materials, equipment, and auxiliary services. * Provide support and follow-up to physicians and clinical staff. **Requirements:** * Education: **Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Administration, Health Services Administration, Hospital Management, Executive Secretarial Studies, or related field** (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital scheduling, surgical departments, or administrative roles in healthcare (preferred). * Proficiency in hospital information systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
